Recruitment Account Manager Jobs description
A recruitment account manager is responsible for getting more firms and individuals to take recruitment services from the employer. A recruitment account manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding recruitment targets assigned to him/her; creating a database of job seeker and employers; understanding the requirements of both; matching job duties with individuals; contacting the applicants; assessing job seeker's needs and requirements; assisting job seekers in getting them placed with an employer of choice; bargaining on both sides so as to convert the recruitment opportunity; guiding the job seeker till a job offer is made to him/her; and following up with the employer till the job seeker joins the organization; and training new recruitment account managers. A recruitment account manager is accountable to the recruitment director.A recruitment account manager should have a bachelor's degree or an associate's degree. Prior experience in this field may be advantageous. Excellent customer service skills and appeasing personality are key traits for a recruitment account manager position.
