General Purpose:\r
The Marketing Account Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, project manage a variety of marketing initiatives, actively manage relationships with key individuals at assigned partner schools, and be responsible for strategic non-channel specific marketing initiatives in order to achieve established lead generation and enrollment goals.         \r
Role Qualifications:\r
\r
Minimum: Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred\r
At least 5 years of marketing, account management, and\/or project management experience in a manager role\r
\r

Position Responsibilities:\r
\r
Ability to confidently and autonomously manage a portfolio of tier-one partner schools. \r
Ability to navigate challenging client management situations with minimal leadership engagement.\r
Owns and leads team level projects (e.g. training new team members, developing new processes for best practices, etc.).\r
Acts as a Marketing Account Management champion to other marketing functional areas and other TLH service areas.\r
Has a deep understanding of business success metrics and utilizes this information to evaluate and drive improved partner school performance. \r
In addition to managing day-to-day marketing activities associated with assigned partner schools, consistently drives bigger picture conversations and initiatives with both TLH marketing and with partner schools. \r
Has the ability to manage more complex projects (e.g. new partner school launch) with limited direction or support from Director\/Manager. \r
In addition to being a brand expert for assigned partner schools, actively evaluates partner school positioning in the market in order to identify points of differentiation for use in creative and content across marketing channels.\r
Develops strategic relationships with key internal departments such as enrollment, student success, and the office of strategic initiatives to support their efforts and develop better student insights. \r
Collaborates and communicates independently with internal and partner school operations leaders on partner school initiatives.\r
Leads development of annual marketing plans. \r
Leads in the analysis of program performance and presentation of marketing reports for internal management and assigned partner schools. \r

Superior attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. \r
Strong project management skills with experience using or ability to quickly learn project management software.\r
Strong oral and written communication skills \r
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment \r
Ability to adapt to and manage shifting priorities of organization and partner schools\r
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand performance metrics\r
Previous experience working with a CRM platform (e.g. Sales Force) highly beneficial.\r
A passion for, and previous experience in, higher education a plus. \r
