Account Director – B2B Integrated Marketing','010448','United States-Illinois-Chicago','','!*!We are looking for a strong Account Director and B2B marketer to guide a B2B software

client account. The Account Director grows client relationships and revenues

through the effective delivery of Jack offerings, working with members of the

office's senior leadership team and serving as a trusted advisor to the client.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for building

and executing B2B integrated marketing programs that aim to capture enterprise

leads, generate new customers and grow the client’s brand in key target

audiences and verticalsLead the development of

B2B marketing strategy and marketing plan deployment from campaign development

to execution, analytical measurement and optimizationIdentify opportunities for

lead generation and create marketing materials – including case studies, white

papers, blog posts, etc.Work closely with client

and internal teams to develop campaign materials including thought leadership

assets, customer case studies, presentations, emails, sales materials, videos

and other content assetsUnderstand client’s business, target

audience(s) and industry issues and serve as a trusted advisor to drive

effective solutionsDevelop, write and present incremental project proposals,

scopes of work, schedules and staffing plansBuild and maintain effective client

relationships, ensuring that all client needs are listened to, understood and

responded to in a timely wayEnsure clear communication to the client

regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project

status/action itemsAccountable for fiscal health of account(s), overall

revenue, and growthCollaborate with Strategy and Creative to ensure all

creative content and agency solutions address the business need; Partner with

Strategy to develop and implement measurement metrics 


Experience managing integrated

B2B marketing programs from planning through executionRecommended years of experience: 8 yearsAbility to collaborate with

clients and stakeholders across the organization to support business objectivesAbility to identify and

implement internal and external processes as needs ariseApplied knowledge of the

different types of content and tactics required to develop marketing campaigns

that address buyer needs and consider buying process journeys.Strong understanding of lead

and pipeline generation and nurturing, with experience in lead conversion

strategy and tactics.Experience managing

cross-functional and/or offsite teamsAbility to inspire and drive a

spirit of teamwork and collaborationDemonstrates ability to

anticipate and resolve team challengesAbility to effectively present

to diverse groups of varying sizeExperience with CRM

(Salesforce a plus) and marketing automation tools (Marketo a plus)Ability to clearly communicate

understanding of client objectives and goals to internal teamsDemonstrates trusted advisor

relationship with clientDemonstrates subject matter

expertise and industry knowledgeDemonstrates solid knowledge

of client marketing and business objectivesCan solve complex problems or

issues independently and expeditiously            PREFFERED SKILLS
