ProductManager Sr (Sales Solutions Support)
Location: Must be willing and able to work
in an Anthem office located in one of the following states: ME, NH, CT, NY, GA,
IN, OH, KY, MO, VA, or WI.
focused on providing sales and implementation support of Anthem’s Segment
Solutions product lines (i.e., Anthem Act Wise CDH, Anthem Engage and others)
as launched in market. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end
implementation process for Commercial Large Group clients, re-implementation
and termination process for complex renewal Accounts, and interfacing with
Sales and Account Management teams. Responsible for the go to market efforts of products in both new
and existing markets. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for theproducts that Segment Solutions brings to market.
Support training of the sales and accountmanagement teams to provide information on value proposition, how to sell, productknowledge and overall go to market efforts.
Provide direction to sales on how toimplement, processes, paperwork and roles & responsibilities.
Provide oversight to the implementationprocess of new product solutions.
Partner with product operations teams tosuccessfully deliver best in class solutions to the market by providing marketfeedback, requests for materials and process improvements.
Serves as a product expert and a relationshipmanager to the sales and account management teams.
Oversees the transition from pre-sale to postsale implementation with both internal sales/account management teams andexternal vendors.
Documents and maintains sold productinformation to support successful implementations.
Supports client customization processes associatedwith end to end implementation and upon renewal.
Serves as intermediary between sales/accountmanagement and vendors to translate technical information into layperson’sterms and vice-versa for customers.
BA/BS degree in a related field; 4-6 years of related experience; or any
combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
strong client-facing and/or broker-facing experience in a sales/account management
support role. Must be a self-starter with effective
investigation/research skills. Proven ability to navigate and work
cross-functionally across a large organization a must.
Healthor managed care experience.
NationalAccount or Large Group account support experience.
Knowledgeand expertise in CDHP or spending account products.
