Profile

Summary:

The Territory Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining consultative relationships with both new and existing customers. The goal of this position is to maintain and grow current relationships, identify new segments and new customers to provide growth and profitability in the market.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent GEMAIRE as a leader in the industry ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Develop and maintain relationships with identified accounts responding requests for information, project and pricing quotations, merchandise availability, etc.

Partner with Territory Managers in soliciting and on-boarding new accounts and dealers, developing job quotes, pricing sheets, etc.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.

Track competitive market and pricing data to develop job submissions including cost analysis and requested cost/price position.

Communicate various marketing and promotional campaigns.

Participate as requested in product shows, utility sponsored events, industry associations, etc.

Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers and make sales recommendations to grow share of wallet/share of market.

Take proactive approach to sales development and problem solving.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years sales experience within the HVAC industry, preferably with experience in the operations of a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house.

Proven work history in the sales and marketing arenas with proficiency in air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.

2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.

Proven success in sales, marketing, operations and leadership roles.

Proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.

Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.

Ability to analyze sales and market data.

Ability to give quality presentations.

Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.

Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn, teach and lead.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
