Provides proactive account service management in support of business objectives and to achieve customer satisfaction.
Aetna International is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join the Large Group market account management team. The Account Service Representative (ASR) will be assigned to a specific book of business and will be responsible for retaining all clients.
As the Account Service Representative, the candidate will:
Develop and maintain favorable relationships with Aetna International's customers and brokers through superior customer service.
Identifies customer specific services issues, identifies solutions and leads resolution of issues working with other areas to implement.
Responsible for responding to customers requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes and benefit questions and clarification.
Manages plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactive with support areas.
Supports open enrollment activities.
3-5 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
