Inside Sales Account Managers at SHI are an essential part to our customer's experience. ISAM's partner with our Outside Sales teams to offer new and existing customers a wide variety of technology solutions, while developing strong customer relationships and growing business. We don't manufacture a product, we manufacture a customer experience- and your job is to create the best possible experience for any and all businesses on their quest to procure IT solutions.

Help customers select, deploy and manage various aspects of their IT environment
Maintain vendor/distribution channel partnerships
Manage multiple, ongoing projects
Partner with internal departments and Account Executives to create strategic plans of engagement
Provide excellent customer service
Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
Mastery of SHI systems and tools
Establish and maintain customer relationships via phone and email
Attend product and sales trainings as required
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
Completed Bachelor’s Degree (College/University)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Self-Motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Proficiency in MS Outlook Tools- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Effectively communicate complex subject matter- both verbally and written
Multi-task and remain focused
Ability to delegate via internal and external resources
