An exciting entry level account management position in which the individual supports the account management team to deliver timely and accurate services in the areas of tactical client support, reporting and track and assure follow up on client inquiries.
The position requires working with the account managers on to a wide variety of critical day to day activities. The candidate will work across a number of ActiveHealth Departments (such as, accounting, legal, clinical, sales) as well as from external clients. Manage a variety of tactical aspects of accounts such as setting up new accounts, tracking and monitoring of reports and performance guarantees. Assist the account manager with client meetings and report preparations. Conduct following up on client open items and be proactive in identifying potential issues and possible solutions. This position requires working closely with Account Managers on client related activities, as well as work with ActiveHealths Clinical Teams (Chantilly VA, New York, Chicago), IT, Clinical Outcomes, Operations and Marketing.
The position requires researching and responding to a wide variety of question from within ActiveHealth (such as, accounting, legal, clinical, sales) as well as from external clients. Prior account management experience required.
The Associate Account Manager needs to be able to effectively communicate client needs and to clearly and succinctly present possible issues and solutions. This position requires attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. In addition, this position requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
