The Sales Development Rep will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and seeding revenue creation. We are looking for someone who has a passion for consultative sales, technology and is excited to help create safe and frictionless experiences for individuals and businesses.
What you'll do:
Generate qualified opportunities via inbound and outbound channels
Use prospecting strategies (email, calling, social selling, etc.) to lead initial outreach to prospects
Identify the needs / challenges of the prospective customer and how CLEAR can be a solution
Schedule exploratory meetings for Sales and Business Development Executives
Exceed meeting generation and pipeline revenue targets
How you'll measure success:
Exceeding meeting generation targets
Exceeding pipeline revenue generation targets
Maximizing revenue booked from meetings generated
Successfully becoming a product expert on CLEAR’s suite of identity solutions
What you're great at:
Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Experience using Salesforce to track all activities and make data-driven decisions
Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and be able to listen, articulate positions, and advocate

The base salary range for this role is $65k - 85k depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
