Retiree Associate Client Service Manager','180005KS','!*!The Associate Client Service Manager position supports the client service account managers and business analysts to provide administrative and analytical support to internal and external clients. This is a professional full-time position that is a remote opportunity located in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: • Provides day to day support to the client service account managers gathering information and preparing client facing materials. • Takes direction from multiple sources and coordinates the work of others into final format. • Will work multiple projects at a given time. • Is responsible to run reports and detail call metrics, enrollment stats and trends into client ready materials. • Is responsible to update and/or create client ready materials. • Is responsible to communicate with various levels of client management. • Is responsible to work with internal teams to deliver services and problem solve. • This position will work both independently and within team and requires the ability to foster internal relationships. • This position may have client facing components. • A 2-4 years of college in a Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Public Administration capacity. • Minimum of 2 years in support of client or account management team. • Experience within the benefits administration or medical insurance industry that has provided you knowledge of medical insurance and/or Medicare insurance products. Medicare Industry knowledge is a huge plus for this role. • Detail-oriented with an eye for quality. • Demonstrated administrative skills. • Demonstrated computer and analytical skills. • Demonstrated experience creating and managing Excel spreadsheets and ability to query database and other reporting tools. • Demonstrated presentation skills using Power Point. • Proven track record of successfully supporting multiple projects and teams. • Proven time management and organization skills. • Demonstrated communication skills. • Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to others and understand their expectations and needs.
