Sales, Account Management
As an Account Executive,
you will work closely with Spredfast Lithium’s focus and strategic accounts in order to drive new business and grow an existing customer base. The successful candidate will understand a customer’s definition of business value and be able to provide consultative strategies regarding the customer's business goals via digital transformation plans. The ideal candidate is high-energy with a strong interest in helping the world’s most iconic brands better engage with their customers through digital customer care.
Work with a core group of existing Spredfast Lithium customers to grow and maintain a global book of business
Define and execute social business initiatives that result in business value from Spredfast Lithium products and services
Build strong relationships with customer and work closely with the Spredfast Lithium management team to ensure strategy and delivery stays on target with measurable objectives
Develop thought leadership around the social business landscape
Develop business models utilizing customer and Spredfast Lithium proprietary data
Collaborate with a team of resources to successfully fulfill objectives
1-4 years in a sales related or account management role
Able to travel up to 50%
Experience in outbound prospecting and account development skills
Must possess a high degree of professionalism and operational discipline
Must have attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and analytical capacity
Confident in public speaking and technical competency
Positive attitude and a desire to win
