Job Description:
We are looking for Account Management professionals to join the team as a Field Based Account Manager who will lead profitable growth in selected Franchise Workshop (FWS) accounts in OEM customer from the Lubricants and Agriculture sector in Midwest (except MS), Northeast and Northern regions in Brazil. As a Field Based Account Manager, you will have the opportunity grow your network by developing new and increasing existing businesses by achieving planned volume, gross margin, proceeds, as well as meeting payment term targets through value selling and the application of Shell’s Customer Value Propositions (CVP).
Other accountabilities include:
Developing and achieving the local growth plan for these FWS Accounts working with the Sales colleagues in charge of Key Accounts, Marketing, Technical teams.
Collaborating with local market partners to proactively plan business opportunities, and ensure regular engagement driving quality implementation.
Managing large accounts through sales disciplines (call plan, call report, account planning and pipeline management), as well as achieving wining growth opportunities through cross and upselling.
Leading new business and local contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to the Local Offer Book, and Manual of Authorities.
Carrying out tasks and responsibilities in accordance with Shell’s Health, Safety, Security and Environment rules.

What we need from you
We look forward in meeting you! We are keen to hear from individuals with at least five (5) years of work experience in sales and direct channels in the Lubricants sector with proven success in winning profitable businesses. Since the successful candidate will deal with multiple stakeholders, interpersonal, negotiation/influencing skills, and the ability to effectively manage business partnerships are necessary for the role as well.
A Brazilian driver's license is also required as the role will be in a home-based set-up (preferably in Goiânia/GO and/or Metropolitan region) with occasional business travelling.
Other requirements include:
Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
Bachelor’s degree.
