Client Executive – 12 month Fixed-Term Contract   Aon Affinity is looking for a Client Executive to support the servicing of a portfolio client accounts in the entertainment industry including musicians, performers, Film & TV companies, dance companies, Photographers, Event Managers and Event & Festival Promoters.    This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.  Aon is in the business of better decisions   At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like   Your day will be busy with a strong focus on client servicing and retention, which will be the key to your success!   You will be responsible for servicing, sales and administration responsibilities pertaining to client insurance policy renewals.   Responsibilities:      The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence Working towards achieving both your KPI's and your team's revenue, acquisition and retention targets Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations   How this opportunity is different   As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
