Job Description
The Senior Analyst is a member of the Wellpartner, 340B Digital Product Team responsible for identifying business/client user needs and refining and translating them into product features that support the overall product strategy.

This is a dynamic role that drives the day to day development of key technologies for a program that generates multi-million dollar business value to the organization by providing Wellpartner clients with industry leading, 340B platforms that offer full transparency for their program in an easily digestible format.

The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in shaping the product direction, creating feature(s), writing user stories and innovating collaboratively with Clients, Account Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Architects, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Developers, QA and other internal teams.

This role will be accountable for critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and analyzing data-driven decisions to reveal underlying user needs that will drive our digital products.

The candidate is responsible for identifying and understanding technical and non-technical issues, providing appropriate guidance, as it relates to our client base and the marketplace, while managing expectations and creating measurable improvement.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 70,000
Maximum: 140,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
• 2 - 3 years experience in account management or product development.

• At least 2 years in Healthcare data analytics or experience working in the Healthcare industry.

• Passionate about understanding and improving processes by designing and building great software solutions to address client needs and expectations.

• Thinks in terms of service layers and tries to add services on top of products to meet client needs.

• Superior understanding of how to manage client relationships, deliver analytics value, and influence senior clients to define and expand data-driven strategies into new applications and markets.

• Proven ability to proactively seek out customer challenges and new opportunities that will demonstrate value to our clients.

• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills that reflect strategic, critical and creative thinking.

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to various audiences and cross-functional teams both technical and non-technical.

• Proficient story telling skills that sets expectations by creating a clear vision of the product, it's uses and expected outcomes to the key stakeholders.

• Strong presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and people skills.

• Ability to effectively work within a highly collaborative, team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive understanding of the 340B program administration, including but not limited to: inventory management, eligibility verification, optimization and compliance.

• Experience working with Visio preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
