What is the role?
Fleet Solutions Key Account Manager role requires exceptional skill and focus on customer portfolio/relationship management while hunting of new business within your market. This is a role for someone with passion for customers and sales that want to help their customers to navigate through the energy transition. It is the most important role in the company because it is at the customer interface that the purpose of the company takes place.
You will:
Ensure full adherence to Ethics & compliance and HSSE Shell standards
Develop and execute sales plans and key account plans to deliver year on year financial growth.
Lead your customers through the energy transition and their de-carbonisation agenda.
Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts, and external stakeholders.
Be a Role model in Sales 1st behaviours/methodology.
Interface with Customer Operations, Marketing, Mobility, New Energies and e2e partner functions (e.g. Credit), to ensure highest standard of service for your customers.
There may be a change in reporting lines after GO live following the customer/portfolio allocation between Fleet and CRT
This role is eligible for Sales Bonus with yearly targets linked to OU targets and a very attractive renumeration for top performers
What we need from you
Entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset
Passion for sales, customers and closing deals
Experience in prospecting/cold-call sales, value selling, negotiation of high value contracts
Demonstrated ability to grow sales and profitability
Customer obsession to understand and anticipate your customer needs and find solutions
Excellent communication and networking skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Solid analytical skills and finance knowledge
Do not take a ‘no’ for an answer when dealing with prospectsKnowledge in mobility, or payment or e-mobility would be an advantage but not essential
