The Service Delivery and Technical Account Manager is a key operational role focused on Strategic Clients within the region to ensure the better Customer’s experience and to reach the Customer’s satisfaction.
As Service Delivery and Technical Account Manager, you will have significant levels of responsibility and accountability, towards GE’s Customers and internal GE management, for commitment to operational high-skill activities related to GEHC Solutions delivery and serviceability.
Job Description
You will report to the Senior Director Customer Care Leader Europe within the Service team. You will take part of the Customer Care management team and initiatives as the backbone of the organization to identify and address any area of improvement in the processes, tools or people culture and performance, related to your Clients portfolio.
Responsibilities
Keep total ownership of Customer relationships related to Service delivery functions for a designated IB portfolio
Build solid Customer relationships gaining trust and respect through close interactions, the control of the service delivered by GEHC, and a strong commitment to fix and improve the situation where required
Be accountable for the successful delivery of agreed Customer Services Levels as first management escalation step for the assigned Clients portfolio. Ensure compliance of the service-related matters with the contract terms, in sync with the GE Service Leaders’ accountabilities
Provide Technical assessment and facilitate Technical advices to the Clients, with the support of GE Technical experts
Continually push the barriers to deliver improvements looking after a better Customer experience and the Customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and looking after the GE benefit (ex: service at budgeted cost, farming facilitation, …)
Own the SIP’s (Service Improvement Plans), when required for any of the Clients portfolio, to reduce and / or prevent further service issues
Support Sales and Customer Success in their missions to retain and penetrate further the corresponding accounts
Qualifications and experience
Extensive experience overall in IT/Digital, with demonstrable experience in similar role as Service Delivery or Technical Account Manager delivering Software solutions & services to external Clients
Healthcare Digital solutions experience preferable
ITIL foundation and ITIL Service Operations practitioner
Language: English fluent at negotiation level, any additional EU language as a plus (FR, SP, IT, GE)
Able to travel
