Shell Fleet Solutions is a leading provider of integrated mobility solutions for Fleet Aggregator, Companies and Partners.
Purpose & Accountabilities:
Candidate is expected to deliver sales targets for the Singapore business
Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
Fully leverage practice sales 1st processes in day to day sales activities
Regular visit customers to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and market conditions
Develop key account plans which includes matching specific needs of customers with our suite of mobility solutions.
Take growth as top priority and prioritize time efficiently between hunting and farming existing accounts
Work closely with marketing team to develop campaigns that resonates with his/her customer base
Stay agile to changing market conditions and ability to stay close to customer base with most suitable product package
Compliance with all Shell Business Principles

Requirements:
What we need from you:
At least 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Value Preposition with good negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skill and good at collaboration across teams
Strong Sales First mindset
Curious and wiling to challenge the norm to push for continuous improvement
Strong desire to execute with efficiency
Comfortable working with data analytics
