We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting an Senior Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.   As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeDeveloping new business and servicing of the designated business portfolioManaging and providing high quality service to our existing clientsExploring cross selling and penetration opportunitiesAchieving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio and new clientsOptimizing client’s total cost of risk by providing strategic direction, program design and marketing supportLeveraging own expertise and relationships to deliver solutionsPartnering with local sales leadership, producers, Account Executives and SAMs on development of new businessPromoting local sales process and opportunities for clients and prospects including managing revenue pipeline and ensuring inclusion in local sales campaignsProviding regular updates with respect to changes in local market (i.e. legislation, trends, etc.) including partnering with communications director to develop risk alertsSupport and comply with the internal operation requirements like DMI, ACL placementIdentifying and escalating areas for process improvementSkills and experience that will lead to successPreferably 8 years of insurance working experience Holder of professional qualifications such as Senior Associate of ANZIIF or Associate of CIIGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseGood command of computer skills including Microsoft Office applicationsCandidate with lesser years experience can be considered for the roleHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
