Energy Account Manager Jobs description
An energy account manager is responsible for selling energy service contracts to high-end corporations or public sector companies. Duties include maintaining executive level relationships; fixing appointments with c-level customers; keeping updated on energy plans and proposing an appropriate energy service plan to the customers; coordination with technical, billing and customer service departments; being accountable for meeting; and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. An energy account manager or energy sales manager typically reports to an energy sales director or vice president – sales and marketing.An energy account manager should have an associate\'s degree and several years of experience working as an energy account executive.
