Account Manager – DAX Publisher Partnerships
This role reports to Head of Supply & DAX Partnerships
DAX is an Audio and Outdoor Digital Ad Exchange that monetises both Global owned and operated media and well as working exclusively with third party publishers. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the account management of a portfolio of third-party publishers as well supporting the wider partnerships team.
The role requires someone who is super organised, personable, confident and a good problem solver.

Opportunity to be part of the new and exciting world of Programmatic Outdoor and be instrumental in building growing the publisher portfolio
Build up strong rapport and relationship with your publishers
Successfully managing the ongoing account management process
Be up to speed with our internal systems and processes including onboarding and reporting
Day-to-day responsibility of managing key accounts across Audio and Outdoor which includes:
Track and analyse partner performance via internal systems and data visualisation tools
Deal with partner queries effectively and in timely manner
Work alongside sales to ensure that we are doing our best to generate revenue on their behalf of your publishers
Build and maintain strong rapport with partners through regular meetings
Host regular account management meetings
Help with new business pitches and preparing decks for client meeting
Project manage and supervise the onboarding process of new publishers.
Lead all aspects of and mange month end publishers’ revenue statement.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver partner related sale material for the sales team
Manage the upkeep of our internal publisher dashboard so that sales use to gain knowledge on the DAX publisher portfolio
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
Uses Excel to at the least intermediate level, and good proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote. Knowledge of Tableau would be an advantage
Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and keep records of client changes and communicate with wider team
Confidence having high level conversations with clients
An understanding of digital Audio or Outdoor advantage
Experience working in Digital Advertising, 4+ years
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the industry in which Global operates
A detailed and analytical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
Ability to set and work to self-imposed deadlines as well as those given by others
Strong communication and relationship building skills to provide consultative support to Partners and Sales teams
